What’s different about public school classes and those at boarding school?

While public, private and boarding schools offer similar standard and AP classes, the boarding school structure can be different – and more beneficial to students. Often, boarding school scheduling is more similar to college scheduling, where students take three to four longer classes per day on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and other classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This provides longer class time to focus on particular subjects, which breaks up each student’s schedule.
